Public welfare-oriented,
powered by people, with renewable energy and tech that serves usânot the other way around.
đĄ What is WeAreOne?
- The internetâand the worldâis broken – that’s why we have a Vision: AI that serves nature and humanity. We aim to build the first truly green, democratic social media and AI platformâpowered by 100% renewable energy, developed by a community instead of corporations.
- WeAreOne.fun isnât another tech startup. Itâs a revolt of common senseâa portal that unites people, knowledge, and practical life support. Our vision is to encourage, empower, and create a sense of community.
- Yes, we use AIâbut not like youâve seen before. It helps us break new groundâwithout destroying nature, without manipulating us, and powered by 100% renewable energy.
- Our goal is to convey an optimistic message for the future that is solution-oriented and constructive.
đ 100% Renewable: No greenwashing. Our servers run on solar, wind, and hydrogenâor not at all.
đ€ Open Social AI: An AI that enables transparent discourseâno censorship, but with clear rules against hate.
đĄ A Physical Space: An EE Campus where technology and life merge. Not a hipster co-working space, but a place where we build together.
“But this already exists!” â No. Not yet. The makers are still missing.
But we can get them in two steps.
đ§ Why We Need YOU
Step 1: Making the Website “Ready” Together
Right now, I am workingâhopefully soon with many helpersâon shaping the WeAreOne website and concept into something so clear, compelling, and engaging that it becomes evident: This idea is not unrealistic. It is achievable. It simply needs the right presentation, the right words, and the right visuals to unlock its full potential.
For this, I need your help:
- Persuasive Texts: The vision must be articulated with such precision and inspiration that it dispels any doubt about its feasibility.
- Clarifying Graphics: Visuals that demonstrate how WeAreOne works and why it is not a utopia, but a well-thought-out plan.
- Memorable Messages: Arguments that not only inspire but show there is a solid concept behind the vision.
Only when we can collectively say, “This is itâthis shows that WeAreOne is not a dream, but a viable project,” will we be ready for the next step.
Step 2: Presenting to Organizations Like Ashoka
Once the website and concept are ready, we will present them to organizations that have the power and resources to turn WeAreOne into reality. Organizations such as:
- Ashoka (founded by Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales), which supports and scales social innovations worldwide.
- Schwab Foundation, which builds global partnerships for systemic change.
- Wikimedia Foundation, with its experience in global, participatory platforms.
- Skoll Foundation or Omidyar Network, which provide financial and strategic support for visionary projects.
These organizations can implement what we prepare theoretically. They have the networks, resources, and expertise to transform WeAreOne from an idea into a global movement.
Your Role: Co-Create, Think, and Contribute
Every question sharpens the vision. WeAreOne is not a rigid planâitâs a living concept that grows through dialogue, critique, and collaboration. When you ask questions, challenge details, or suggest improvements, youâre not just engaging with the ideaâyouâre helping to shape it.
How discussions improve the project:
- Clarifying the vision: Your questions force us to think deeper, explain better, and refine the core message.
- Identifying blind spots: What seems obvious to one person might be unclear to another. By discussing, we uncover gaps and strengthen the concept.
- Building a stronger foundation: Every debate, every “what if,” and every “how would this work” makes the plan more robust and realistic.
This is not about having all the answersâitâs about asking the right questions together. The more we discuss, the clearer, more practical, and more compelling WeAreOne becomes.
So donât hold back:
- Ask the tough questions. (Is this feasible? How would this work in practice?)
- Share your doubts. (This part seems unclearâcan we explore it further?)
- Propose alternatives. (What if we approached it this way instead?)
Your curiosity and critical thinking are what will turn WeAreOne from a bold idea into a well-planned, actionable movement.
Letâs build thisâtogether.
We cannot do this without you. We need people who can:
- Refine texts to convey confidence in the projectâs feasibility.
- Create graphics and designs that make complexity understandable.
- Provide feedback to help sharpen and strengthen the message.
- Connect us with organizations or individuals who can support us.
Together, we will shape WeAreOne into a form that not only inspires but convincesâand then place it in the hands of those who can make it a reality.

đ Three Ways to Get Involved
1. đż Renewable Energy: The Green Backbone
“The only social network and AI powered by 100% solar, wind, and hydrogenâbecause the future shouldnât run on lies or coal.”
- No greenwashing: Our servers run on real renewable energyânot just certificates.
- A campus for change: Weâre building physical EE infrastructure to prove itâs possible.
- Get involved: Help with solar installations, energy systems, or just spread the word.
đ How Weâre Building the Green Infrastructure
2. đ Knowledge & Life Support: The Core
“A social network that finally helpsâinstead of distracting.”
- đ° Free knowledgeâgardening, repairs, DIYâno paywalls, no tracking.
- đ€ Practical help:
- Neighborhood networks (“Who has a drill?”).
- Community projects (urban gardening, repair cafés).
- đ€ AI as a toolâsupports us, doesnât control us (and runs on our green energy).
- Get involved: Help with AI, if you’re familiar with it.

3. đ„ Community: Build It Together
“No bosses. No backroom deals. Just us.”
- đ Everyone can joinâcode, organize, build, or just bring ideas.
- đ° Fair participation:
- Investors? Yesâbut without power imbalances (more here).
- Ads? Yesâbut only the kind we want (adjustable in your settings).
- đŁ Full transparency from day one.
đ How to Get Involved & Benefit
đ„ Why “Fix It”?
Because weâre done with:
- Tech elites preaching “sustainability” while flying private.
- Politicians talking “digital sovereignty” then outsourcing to Amazon.
- Social media “connecting communities” while tearing them apart.
Weâre doing it differently:
- đ Real sustainabilityâno greenwashing.
- đ€ Real communityâno empty likes.
- đĄ Real helpâno empty promises.
This isnât a dream. Itâs a plan. And youâre part of it.
đ Whatâs Next?
- Pick your path (EE, knowledge, or community).
- Register in the backend (swarmi.org) for:
- Tasks to match your skills.
- A team to support you.
- Transparent decisions (no backroom politics).
- Join the team! Get involvedâonline or on-site.

â FAQs
- “Sounds radicalâis this even legal?” Yes. Weâre not breaking lawsâweâre using them to build fair structures.
- “What if you fail?” Then we fail with styleânot like others who burn millions and say, “Not our fault.”
- “How are you funding this?” Through crowdfunding, fair investor models, and later community-driven services.
